Job summary

National General Holdings Corp., part of the Allstate family, seeks a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling, and retaining customers. You will work locally, both in person and by phone, building relationships with dealerships and partners to fuel product sales.

You will operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a focus on compliance, training, and delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local lead generation
• Develop community relationships to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance, and customer experience
