Job summary

Mark43 is seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer to build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure behind our public safety platform. You will automate deployments, improve observability, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, highly available cloud services.

You will leverage AWS/Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana to streamline operations and support fast, reliable software delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years in DevOps, Platform Eng, SRE, or similar infrastructure role.
Hands-on AWS and/or Azure, cloud infra expertise.
Experience designing, building, maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting.

Responsibilities

Build, scale, and maintain infrastructure powering Mark43 platform.
Improve reliability, automate deployments, enhance observability.
Collaborate with Eng, Security, and cross-functional teams for scalable, secure infra.
Leverage AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana to improve operations.
Manage AWS infra for scalability, reliability, security, and availability.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests, and deployments.
Improve observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities.
Build internal tools to boost developer productivity and reduce manual work.
Partner with teams to establish DevOps best practices and deployment workflows.
Identify and fix infrastructure bottlenecks and potential failures.
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to support production infra.
