Job summary

Mark43 seeks a DevOps Engineer to build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure powering our public safety platform. You will focus on reliability, automated deployments, observability, and enabling engineering teams to deliver software efficiently.

You will work with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana to improve our cloud infrastructure, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or platform engineering roles.
• Strong AWS experience and cloud security awareness.
• Proficient with CI/CD tooling and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability and reliability.
• Build and maintain Terraform IaC to provision infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests, and deployments.
• Advance GitOps through Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Improve observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment workflows.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
