Mark43 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure behind our public safety platform. You will focus on reliability, automated deployments, observability, and developer productivity, partnering with Engineering and Security teams to improve platform resilience.

You will leverage AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana to drive operational excellence, implement best practices, and reduce toil while ensuring high availability.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions.
• Familiarity with GitOps and deployment automation tools such as ArgoCD.
• Experience scripting or programming to automate operations and tooling.
• Strong understanding of cloud reliability, security, and compliance best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and improve system performance.

• Own and maintain the infrastructure powering Mark43's platform with a focus on reliability and scalability.
• Develop, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests, and deployments.
• Enhance observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities.
• Build internal tooling to improve developer productivity and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Platform teams to enforce DevOps best practices.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support production systems.
