Job summary

SentiLink seeks a senior product leader to drive internal, data-driven initiatives within its Tech organization. You will shape the data platform, core datasets, and internal services that support product and analytics across the company.

You will partner with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to translate internal needs into clear requirements, prioritize improvements, and guide delivery from concept through adoption. Remote-first, with US-wide collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data-heavy or platform-oriented products.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets in distributed or big-data environments.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, cleaning, normalization, and modeling.
• Ability to partner with engineering, data science, and analytics teams on technical problems.
• Experience leading large internal initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for internal technical initiatives centered on data-intensive systems.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve internal datasets, services, and platforms.
• Drive long-term initiatives to scale data and technology assets across product and analytics needs.
• Partner with engineering, data science, analytics, and product stakeholders to define requirements.
• Manage prioritization across competing internal demands and interdependencies.
• Translate complex needs into actionable specs and ensure alignment across teams.
• Apply structured project management to multi-team initiatives with complex dependencies.
• Define and track success metrics for internal systems and datasets.
