Job summary

SentiLink, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a data-driven leader to guide internal initiatives within the Tech organization. The role focuses on data-heavy platforms, internal datasets, and core services that support products and analytics.

You will translate diverse internal needs into clear product requirements, prioritize improvements, and drive delivery from concept through adoption across engineering, data science, analytics, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data-heavy or platform-oriented products.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets in distributed or big-data environments.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, cleaning/normalization, and modeling.
• Ability to partner with engineering, data science, analytics teams on technical problem spaces.
• Experience driving large internal initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for internal technical initiatives focusing on data-intensive systems and datasets.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve internal systems, datasets, shared services, and platforms.
• Drive long-term initiatives to future-proof internal data and technology assets at scale.
• Partner with engineering, data science, analytics, and product stakeholders to clarify requirements and interdependencies.
• Manage prioritization across internal demands and ensure alignment across teams.
• Translate complex internal needs into clear specifications and track progress from concept to adoption.
• Apply project management to multi-team initiatives with complex dependencies.
• Define success metrics for internal systems and datasets (quality, latency, reliability, stakeholder satisfaction).
• Communicate roadmap, progress, and tradeoffs to internal stakeholders at all levels.
