Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a data-driven product leader to steer internal technical initiatives across datasets, services, and data platforms. You will drive product stewardship, coordinate across engineering, data science, analytics, and product teams, and ensure clarity, quality, and scalable data infrastructure.

In this role you will shape how data assets are acquired, structured, and operationalized to support current products and future innovations, delivering measurable impact and long-term

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data-heavy or platform-oriented products.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets in distributed environments (e.g., Spark, Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Strong understanding of big data concepts, data pipelines, cleaning/normalization, and data modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering, data science, and analytics teams on technical problem spaces.
• Experience driving large internal initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for internal technical initiatives focusing on data-intensive systems and datasets.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve internal systems, datasets, and platforms.
• Drive long-term initiatives to future-proof data and tech assets as product and analytics needs evolve.
• Partner with engineering, data science, analytics, and product stakeholders to understand use cases and define requirements.
• Manage prioritization across internal demands and balance immediate impact with long-term value.
• Translate internal needs into clear specifications and ensure alignment across teams.
• Apply structured project management to multi-team initiatives with complex dependencies.
• Define and track success metrics for internal data systems and datasets.
