Job summary

SentiLink seeks a data-driven leader to guide internal initiatives within its Tech organization. You will oversee data-heavy systems, datasets, and internal platforms, partnering with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to define and deliver impactful improvements.

The role emphasizes data acquisition, structuring, and operationalization across the company to support current products and future innovation, with a strong focus on clarity, quality, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data-heavy or platform-oriented products, focusing on data platforms.
• Experience with large datasets in distributed/big-data environments (Spark, Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines, cleaning, normalization, and modeling.
• Ability to partner with engineering, data science, analytics teams on technical problems.
• Experience leading large internal initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Skill in structuring ambiguous requirements, prioritizing, and delivering execution.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Durability-focused mindset for scalable, maintainable internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for internal data-heavy initiatives and datasets.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve internal systems, datasets, and platforms.
• Drive long-term initiatives to future-proof data and technology assets as needs scale.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, analytics, and product teams to define use cases and requirements.
• Prioritize internal demands and manage dependencies across teams.
• Translate needs into clear specifications and ensure alignment across groups.
• Apply structured project management to multi-team initiatives with complex dependencies.
• Define and track success metrics for internal systems and datasets (quality, latency, reliability).
• Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders at all levels.
