Job summary

SentiLink Corp is seeking a leader with a technical background and deep understanding of data to drive internal initiatives within SentiLink’s Tech organization, building and maintaining core datasets and internal platforms that power products and analytics.

You will translate internal needs into clear requirements, set priorities, and coordinate across engineering, data science, solutions analytics, and product teams to deliver data-driven results at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data-heavy or platform-oriented products.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets in distributed/big-data environments.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, modeling, and data cleaning.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering, data science, and analytics teams.
• Experience driving large internal initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for internal technical initiatives with a focus on data-intensive systems.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve quality, reliability, and usability of internal systems.
• Drive long-term initiatives to future-proof internal data and technology assets.
• Partner with engineering, data science, solutions analytics, and product stakeholders to define requirements.
• Manage prioritization across competing internal demands and dependencies.
• Translate internal needs into clear, actionable specifications and ensure alignment.
• Apply structured project management to multi-team initiatives.
• Define and track success metrics for internal systems and datasets.
