Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a senior leader to drive internal data initiatives within its Tech organization. You’ll shape the product vision for foundational datasets and internal services, coordinating across engineering, data science, solutions analytics, and product teams.

You will translate internal needs into clear requirements, prioritize improvements, and guide delivery from concept through adoption, ensuring scalable, reliable data assets for current products and future innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data-heavy or platform-oriented products.
• Experience with large datasets and data pipelines.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, data science, and analytics teams.
• Ability to structure ambiguous requirements and prioritize.
• Excellent communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for internal data initiatives, focusing on data-heavy systems.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve internal data platforms and datasets.
• Drive long-term initiatives to future-proof internal data and technology assets.
• Partner with engineering, data science, analytics, and product to understand use cases and requirements.
• Manage prioritization across internal demands, balancing impact with value.
• Translate needs into actionable specifications and ensure alignment.
• Apply structured project management to multi-team initiatives with dependencies.
• Define and track success metrics for internal systems and datasets.
• Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders at all levels.
