Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of loan processing/closing experience or real estate/title company experience.
• Experience with Business Banking/Commercial closing documentation preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Generate term sheets and commitment letters and communicate with customers; order 3rd party reports and title work; track expenses and fees; engage legal counsel for trusts and unique language; collect items to clear conditions to close; drive deals toward closing.
• Coordinate closing of Business Loans; provide administrative support for the Sales Team and manage day-to-day Huntington client interactions.
• Partner with Sales, Credit, Loan Servicing and vendors to ensure efficient closings.
• Process Business Banking loans in preparation for closing within service levels.
• Obtain collateral reports and information to meet credit approval; work with UCC secured and various collateral programs.
• Assist in providing exemplary service to lending customers of Huntington.
• Coordinate closing dates with customers and markets; manage active pipeline.
• Assist with monthly maturities and collateral exceptions resolutions.
• Ensure proper loan and collateral documentation per laws and policies.
