Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of loan processing/closing experience or real estate loan/title company experience.
• Experience with Business Banking/Commercial closing documentation.
• Paralegal Certificate and Associate Degree preferred.
• Outgoing sales/customer service personality with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate term sheets / commitment letters and coordinate closing.
• Communicate with customers, order third-party reports and title work, track fees.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit Partners, Loan Servicing and vendors to close loans efficiently.
• Process Business Banking loans in preparation for closing.
• Obtain collateral reports and information to meet credit approval requirements.
• Coordinate the closing date with customers and markets and manage the pipeline.
• Ensure proper loan and collateral documentation by staying updated on laws and policies.
