The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Business Banking Closing Specialist to provide administrative support for the Sales Team and ensure smooth closing of Business Banking loans, coordinating collateral reports and credit approval terms.

In this role you will generate term sheets, communicate with customers, order third-party reports, track fees, and collaborate with legal counsel, credit partners, and loan servicing to move deals to closing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year minimum loan processing/closing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Generate term sheets and commitment letters for closings.
• Communicate with customers and coordinate closing timelines.
• Order 3rd party reports and title work as part of closing workflow.
• Track expenses, fees, and collateral documentation to meet approvals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit Partners, Loan Servicing and vendors to close deals.
