Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of loan processing/closing experience and/or real estate loan/Title company experience.
• Experience with Business Banking/Commercial closing documentation preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate term sheets/commitment letters, order third-party reports and title work, track expenses, engage counsel for trusts, and drive a deal toward closing.
• Provide administrative support for the Business Banking sales team and coordinate closing of loans with clients.
• Partner with Sales, Credit, Loan Servicing and vendors to ensure efficient closings.
• Process loans in preparation for closing within service levels and manage collateral documentation.
