Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of due diligence and loan document preparation/analysis experience.
• Commercial Real Estate/loan experience preferred.
• Paralegal Certificate or Associate Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Laser Pro or similar software for loan documents.
• Experience with Business Banking loan document prep.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with HNB mainframe systems.

Responsibilities

• Obtains collateral reports and information needed for credit approval.
• Works with UCC secured, titled collateral, CRE, construction, and public sector programs.
• Prepares documentation to properly close a small business loan.
• Ensures loan and collateral docs comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
