Job summary

You will interact with clients to deliver quality service and obtain all necessary collateral information required for credit approval. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year of loan processing/closing experience or real estate/Title company experience preferred.
• Experience with Business Banking/Commercial closing documentation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate term sheets and commitment letters, coordinate with customers and third parties.
• Support Sales Team and manage day-to-day interaction between Huntington and clients.
• Collaborate with Credit Partners, Loan Servicing, and vendors to ensure timely closings.
• Process Business Banking loans in preparation for closing within service levels.
• Gather collateral reports and information to meet credit approvals.
