Job summary

Workhelix is seeking its first dedicated Business Development Representative in San Francisco, CA (remote-eligible). You will run outbound prospecting to Tier 2/3 accounts, partner with Marketing on sequences, and maintain CRM hygiene across HubSpot and Attio.

This execution-focused role requires building your cadence from scratch and close collaboration with Account Executives. Base salary ranges 105k–140k with commissions, equity, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of outbound BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS.
• High-activity, highly organized approach with multi-channel outreach.
• Fluent with CRM tooling and data hygiene.
• Able to start in a role with no existing playbook.
• Strong collaboration with Account Executives for qualified meetings.

Responsibilities

• Run multi-channel outbound into Tier 2/3 accounts.
• Research accounts and contacts to prioritize prospects.
• Partner with Marketing on cadence and campaigns.
• Own CRM data hygiene in HubSpot and Attio.
• Qualify and hand off meetings to AEs with context.
• Handle objections and adjust messaging.
• Track activity and conversion metrics to improve.
• Represent Workhelix outreach with integrity.
