Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in the administration of a human services program or equivalent.
• Experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations.
• Ability to plan and oversee daily operations of the Administration Unit and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, directs, organizes, leads, and coordinates strategic direction of the department.
• Oversee daily operations of the Administration Unit.
• Monitor performance measures and implement continuous improvements.
• Supervise staff including evaluations and development.
