Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Sixty (60) semester hours or ninety (90) quarter hours from an accredited college or university is preferred.
One (1) year of customer service experience is preferred.
Experience interviewing clients and gathering personal information is preferred.

Responsibilities

Interview applicants and recipients to determine financial eligibility.
Enter data into eligibility systems from various sources.
Compute and authorize benefits based on eligibility determination.
Process work per state/federal regulations and procedures.
