Qualifications

• Certificate in Skilled Trades (electrical and electronics) with OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to interact and communicate information clearly within the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project is preferred.
• Project management ability and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site with customers to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Perform field service tasks and on-site troubleshooting.
• Prepare material lists and ensure availability of parts and equipment.
• Execute installation, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Build positive customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
• Communicate service timelines and expectations to customers.
