• Review bidding documents with PM and chief estimator to determine costs.
• Use estimating software to generate accurate project estimates.
• Survey job sites for scope and cost-effective planning.
• Prepare clear, professional estimate documents and reports.
• Assist in procurement interviews and proposal writing for RFPs and bids.
• Ensure estimates meet customer and company satisfaction standards.
• Collaborate with purchasing to reduce material risk and support design teams.
