Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Electrical Estimator who can work remotely or be assigned to a local office. The role supports preconstruction and project management with estimates, bid reviews, and cost analysis across electrical and specialty systems.

Ideal candidates have a relevant associate degree or equivalent experience, one year of electrical construction estimating, and strong communication skills. Travel is occasional, and ArchKey offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field.
• Excellent communication skills including documentation and report preparation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical code.

Responsibilities

• Plans and monitors estimating activities for each project for quality and accuracy.
• Reviews bidding documents with project manager and chief estimator to determine costs.
• Uses estimating software to estimate projects.
• Surveys job sites for scope of work and cost planning.
• Composes estimate documents accurately and professionally.
• Assists in interview procurement, proposal writing for RFPs, bids, and related reports.
