Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to support preconstruction, bidding, and project management. This role collaborates across teams to produce accurate estimates, review bids, and mentor junior estimators.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with Accubid or similar software, and a proven track record in electrical construction estimating, design/build, and client liaison.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in construction management or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of electrical construction estimating experience.
• Experience using Accubid or similar estimating software; field installation exposure.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical contracts, drawings, and specs; knowledge of codes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high quality documentation.
• Leadership, coaching, mentoring, and teamwork on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid development and ensure accuracy of estimates and reports.
• Coordinate take-offs and subcontractor quotes for each project.
• Collaborate with project management, design, and purchasing to control costs.
• Mentor junior estimators and provide training.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Stay current with electrical codes and technologies.
