Harrison French and Associates (HFA) seeks an Electrical Engineering Learning + Development Specialist to lead training programs, standards, and professional growth for MEP teams. You will partner with engineering leadership to build consistent, high-impact learning experiences and advance technical excellence across the firm.

The role emphasizes teaching, mentoring, and a proactive learning culture, with a focus on onboarding, standards, and scalable training across all offices.

Qualifications

• Inquisitive, patient, and passionate about learning and teaching.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous teaching/mentoring experience.
• Willing to travel to all HFA offices as needed.
• Collaborative in nature.

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding training and engineering standards for MEP teams.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to align training programs.
• Source internal and external training experts.
• Leverage LinkedIn Learning as a content platform for training.
• Develop KPIs to measure trainee progress and impact.
• Assist in annual training budget planning and cost monitoring.
• Travel to all HFA offices as needed.
