Qualifications

• Experience leading client teams, projects, programs and people.
• Ability to lead Designers and Professionals on a day-to-day basis.
• Delivers high quality construction documents and project management to client(s).
• Strong financial understanding and ability to state financial performance.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to drive operational success.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Sr. Team Lead or Executive and guides client directions.
• Sets budgets for clients and projects to ensure profitability.
• Ensures high level project delivery and QA.
• Executes or reviews contracts for clients.
• Collaborates with team members to model HFA culture.
