Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technician to support construction teams through advanced 3D modeling and coordination. This role will involve creating and maintaining accurate BIM models, integrating multidisciplinary design data, and performing clash detection. Successful candidates should have proficiency in BIM software, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of electrical/construction practices. The position offers flexibility for fully remote work or in-person at Lexington, KY HQ or Greenville, SC office.

Qualifications

• Proficient in creating and updating detailed 3D models.
• Sound understanding of construction methods and terminology.
• Ability to create/modify basic Revit families.

Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed 3D models of electrical systems.
• Integrate design information from various disciplines.
• Identify and resolve clashes between components.

Skills
