Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is looking for a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technician to support construction and engineering teams. This role involves creating and maintaining accurate BIM models, integrating design data, and performing clash detection. Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Evolve, ACC, Solidworks, or Navisworks.
• Sound understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards.
• Ability to create/modify basic Revit families.

Responsibilities

• Creating and updating detailed 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software.
• Identifying and resolving spatial conflicts or clashes between different building components.
• Generating drawings, schedules, and visualizations from the 3D model.
