Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking an experienced EHS Manager - Remote (East) to help implement the EH&S management system, develop injury prevention programs, and drive safety culture across divisions. The role partners with field leadership to strengthen EH&S performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will lead incident investigations, oversee DOT/FMCSA requirements, and collaborate with fleet and operations to improve driver safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Environmental, Risk Management or Engineering field

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS policies and injury prevention programs
• Lead regional incident investigations and root-cause analysis
• Coordinate with field leadership to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure DOT/FMCSA roadside inspection readiness and FMCSA compliance
• Collaborate with fleet/ops to improve driving behaviors and safety
• Manage OSHA investigations and insurance claims; support litigation
• Oversee environmental program compliance (Haz Waste, EPCRA, NPDES, SPCC)
• Analyze large data sets to identify risks and trends
• Travel to locations to support field associates
