Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath is seeking a Regional Environment, Health & Safety Manager (Finance) to drive safety strategy across multiple facilities and align with corporate policies to build a proactive safety culture.

The role partners with regional and site leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, lead investigations, and use data-driven approaches to reduce risk while supporting operational goals.

Qualifications

• Must have strong working knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive change without direct authority.
• Proven experience building and sustaining a strong safety culture across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive solutions.
• Effective organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership for EHS programs across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, standards, and objectives.
• Advise regional and site leadership on EHS risks, performance, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive a consistent, sustainable safety culture focused on engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Assess EHS programs to identify gaps, trends, and risks; work with leadership on corrective actions.
• Lead development and refinement of regional EHS initiatives, best practices, and standardized processes.
• Ensure compliance with Injury and Illness Prevention Programs and other corporate EHS requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance to leadership and operations.
• Oversee investigations of incidents, injuries, near-misses, and environmental events; ensure root cause analysis and effective corrective actions.
• Lead regional safety audits, inspections, and field observations; verify controls.
• Review audit findings, track corrective actions, and ensure timely closure.
• Analyze regional EHS performance data to identify trends and insights using KPIs.
• Ensure EHS training programs are implemented across the region.
• Support site safety committees and employee engagement initiatives.
• Promote safe work practices through coaching, mentoring, and leadership presence.
• Provide oversight for contractor safety performance within the region.
• Ensure environmental compliance including waste and chemical management and SDS maintenance.
• Support permitting, inspections, and interactions with regulatory entities.
