Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in application, technical, data, or help desk support.
Healthcare or clinical setting experience preferred.
CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications preferred.
Ability to travel to clinic locations in the New York City area.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for EHR applications (eClinicalWorks, eICare, AIRS, eSHARE).
Respond to support requests involving system access, errors, and data discrepancies.
Investigate issues, document findings, and coordinate resolutions with vendors or internal teams.
Create training materials and user guides; maintain documentation in ticketing system.
Provide on-site technical support and manage equipment inventory across clinic locations.
