Job summary

Accanto Health is seeking an EHR Billing Analyst to join the Revenue Cycle Management team remotely from the United States. You will provide real-time support, handle billing discrepancies, and collaborate with vendors and staff to implement fixes and enhancements to the EHR billing system.

The role involves system upgrades, testing scripts, and maintaining documentation while ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely delivery of tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience with myAvatar, Sigmund, AURA, SmartCare, or another EHR system strongly preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop leadership skills.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with billing staff and leadership.
• Ability to understand and interpret billing concepts/requirements.
• Knowledge of billing/CMS regulations/837i/837p loop and segments required.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team and business staff.
• Work through claim and remittance technical issues and facilitate fixes/solutions to the billing system.
• Assist with system upgrades and test scripts.
• Act as the point of contact for EHR billing corrections and track changes via the ticketing system.
• Participate in validation testing of new design/build and provide implementation support.
