Accanto Health is seeking an EHR Billing Analyst to provide real-time support to the Revenue Cycle Management team and internal staff. The role involves troubleshooting claim issues, testing system changes, and assisting with EHR upgrades to optimize billing workflows.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience with EHR systems (e.g., myAvatar, Sigmund, AURA, SmartCare), strong communication skills, and the ability to work remotely from the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience with myAvatar, Sigmund, AURA, SmartCare or another EHR system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret billing concepts and CMS regulations.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide real-time support to Revenue Cycle Management and business staff.
• Resolve claim and remittance technical issues and track via ticketing systems.
• Assist with EHR builds, testing, and enhancements for billing processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and EHR team for fixes and design changes.
• Maintain documentation and communicate project status to management.
• Support training and update support materials for EHR billing.
