Premise Health Inc. is seeking a part-time Revenue Cycle Analyst to support payment posting, billing, and credit balances in a remote capacity. The role emphasizes analysis, QA, and process improvement across Revenue Cycle workflows.

You will collaborate with customers, clinics, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate posting and timely reconciliations while supporting business analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 years Revenue Cycle experience.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle principles and patient accounting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct payment posting, reconciliation, billing and credit balance services with internal teams and vendors.
• Analyze Revenue Cycle reports and workflows to optimize processes.
• Identify and report Revenue Cycle trends affecting reimbursement.
• Ensure timely posting, balancing and reconciliation of payments; monitor lockbox receipts.
• Support QA audits and run Revenue Cycle reports for stakeholders.
