Job summary

The Charles Lea Center is seeking an Electronic Health Record (EHR) Analyst to support Therap EHR across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. This role trains staff, provides technical support, and ensures data quality and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with organizational leadership to maximize system utilization, generate meaningful reports, and support quality service delivery across the region.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with the population served or in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Therap EHR or similar electronic health record systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train staff on Therap EHR software and provide ongoing support.
• Monitor Therap usage and ensure staff competency.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations for programs across SC, NC, and TN.
• Provide data and reporting support through BI Collaborative platform.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve system utilization and compliance.
