Job summary

Charles Lea Center seeks an Electronic Health Record (EHR) Analyst to support and optimize the Therap EHR system across SC, NC, and TN. You will train staff, provide technical support, generate reports, and help maximize EHR data value for quality services and organizational success.

The role partners with the Chief Program Officer and BI leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient system utilization while improving documentation quality and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the served population or related field.
• Experience with Therap EHR or similar systems preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to train staff and provide technical support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary trainer for all program staff using Therap EHR software.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance and support to employees utilizing Therap.
• Monitor Therap modules for optimal utilization.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and training resources.
• Troubleshoot Therap functionality questions.
• Coordinate and confirm learning opportunities across the organization.
• Maintain Therap-related policies and procedures.
