Job summary

Charles Lea Center is seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Health Record (EHR) Analyst to support Therap EHR across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. The role trains staff, provides technical support, analyzes data, and ensures regulatory compliance to maximize system value and quality services.

The position collaborates with leadership, supporting documentation quality and operational efficiency while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience working with the population served or in a related field.
• Experience with Therap EHR or similar electronic health record systems preferred.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Train staff as the primary trainer for Therap EHR across the organization.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance and support to employees using Therap.
• Monitor Therap usage to ensure optimal utilization.
• Deliver training through workshops, webinars, and resources.
• Troubleshoot issues and address staff questions on Therap functionality.
• Schedule and coordinate Therap training opportunities organization-wide.
• Assist in updating Therap-related policies and procedures.
