You will collaborate with treatment providers and IT to optimize provider network data, generate reports, and support continuous process improvements. The role includes training end-users, coordinating with internal IT and external EHR vendors, and developing materials to ensure proper system usage across departments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electronic health record processes and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues in the EHR system for provider networks and internal functions.
• Provide end-user training during all phases of implementation and operation.
• Develop training materials and distribute health data and reports to support teams.
• Create and maintain regularly scheduled data distribution reports.
