Job summary

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years in EHR management, strong data reporting skills, and a Bachelor’s in Health Services or related field. RHIT/RHIA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with electronic health record management and user training.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Services or related field preferred.
• RHIT or RHIA certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of EHR processes, data reporting, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT contact for the EHR system and testing.
• Train end-users on EHR functionality and workflows.
• Analyze EHR data to drive process improvements across teams.
• Prepare and distribute regular data reports and ad-hoc analyses.
• Collaborate across departments and with external vendors on EHR upgrades.
