Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking an energetic EHR Clinical Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality EHR training, support, and process optimization for Clinical staff.

The position supports process improvement, reporting, and successful adoption of the EHR system across the organization. Responsibilities include conducting new hire and refresher trainings, creating training materials, handling support tickets, and performing site visits to improve

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in healthcare information technology.
Credentialed Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse, or RHIT preferred.

Responsibilities

Conducts new hire EHR classroom training and ongoing refresher training.
Creates and updates Clinical training materials and job aids.
Answers the Clinical EHR support line to address questions and troubleshoot issues.
Manages and resolves incoming support tickets.
Performs site visits to assigned practices to assess current-state workflows.
Provides in-person support during implementations, go-lives, and as needed.
