The Charles Lea Center is seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Health Record (EHR) Analyst to support and optimize the Therap Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. This position serves as the primary resource for Therap training, support, reporting, and data analysis, helping ensure documentation quality, regulatory compliance, and effective system utilization. Working closely with organizational leadership, the EHR Analyst trains staff, provides technical support, generates reports, and helps maximize the value of EHR data to support quality services and organizational success.

Charles Lea Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronic Health Record (EHR) Analyst to support the organization's ongoing efforts to effectively store, utilize, and analyze service documentation within the Therap Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. The EHR Analyst serves as the organization's subject matter expert for Therap EHR, providing training, technical support, data analysis, reporting, and compliance oversight. This position works closely with the Chief Program Officer, Vice President of Business Intelligence, Program Leadership, and other departments to maximize system utilization, improve operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality service delivery.
No supervision responsibilities
This position operates primarily in a professional office environment with flexibility for remote work. Regular interaction with staff, leadership, and cross-functional teams is required.
Thisrole involves regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 15 lbs), and hands-on support. Reasonable accommodations are available.
Minimal travel to North Carolina and Tennessee may be required.
