Job summary

SHAZAM is seeking a Sr. Client Executive, EFT Solutions to manage and grow strategic client relationships in the EFT space.

This remote role supports financial institutions nationwide and involves up to 40% travel, primarily in the Midwest. You will present tailored EFT solutions, lead pricing negotiations, collaborate with sales, product, and support teams, and drive revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of client management or sales experience in financial services or payment solutions.
• Strong knowledge of EFT systems, payment processing and related compliance.
• Proficiency with SHAZAM products is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts in a remote setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building trust.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including some overnight travel, with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand EFT needs.
• Present and demonstrate EFT solutions tailored to client requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop pricing proposals and negotiate contract renewals for financial institutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support EFT services.
• Represent SHAZAM at trade shows and associations to generate leads and partnerships.
• Monitor client accounts to identify upsell opportunities and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to advise clients proactively.
• Prepare regular reports on client activity and sales performance for leadership.
