Job summary

SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc. in Des Moines, IA seeks a Team Lead for EFTI Professional Services to provide technical leadership and project oversight for our EFTI team.

You will coordinate project success and support team development while serving as a key escalation point for stakeholders. You will guide card and processor initiatives, support product implementations, and drive on-time, high-quality delivery of complex payment technology projects across multiple environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in banking, payments, financial services, or related industry.
• Leadership or lead experience preferred to guide initiatives.
• Strong PM, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with high service standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the EFTI Professional Services team from initiation to completion.
• Assign, monitor, and review project work to ensure quality and standards.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for project managers, clients, and partners.
• Provide guidance on card and processor initiatives, ISO messaging, and payment tech projects.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders on implementations and feature rollouts.
• Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Coach and develop team members while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Track metrics, enforce processes, and identify efficiency improvements.
