Job summary

SHAZAM, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Client Executive for EFT Solutions in a remote US role. You will manage and expand EFT client relationships, tailor solutions, and collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure service excellence. Travel up to 50% and ideal for Midwest-based candidates.

Minimum 5 years in client management or sales in financial services or payments, strong EFT knowledge, and experience with Salesforce and analytics tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management or sales within the financial services or payment solutions industry.
• Strong understanding of electronic funds transfer systems, payment processing, and related compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to travel up to 50% and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their EFT needs and business objectives.
• Present and demonstrate EFT solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Develop and present pricing proposals and analyses for financial institutions and negotiate renewals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate EFT services delivery and support.
