Job summary

SHAZAM seeks a Client Executive, EFT Solutions to manage and grow EFT client relationships. You will tailor EFT products to client needs, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure compliance across engagements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in financial services sales or client management, strong EFT knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 50% with a valid license. Remote work available in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client management or sales within financial services or payments.
• Strong understanding of EFT systems, payment processing, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts remotely and deliver customized solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for long-term relationships.
• Analytical skills to assess client data and market trends for opportunities.
• Problem-solving in fast-paced environments to drive outcomes.
• Travel up to 50%, including overnight stays; valid driver's license and insurance required.
• Experience with EFT platforms or payment gateway tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand EFT needs.
• Present EFT solutions tailored to client requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Create pricing proposals and compete analyses; negotiate renewals.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams for service delivery.
• Represent SHAZAM at trade shows to generate leads and partnerships.
• Monitor accounts for upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide timely resolutions to client inquiries and issues.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Prepare regular reports on client activity and sales performance.
