Job summary

Tutor Me LA LLC is seeking a fully remote Educational Case Manager to support families, coordinate instructors, track student progress, and deliver exceptional customer service in a virtual environment. The role requires excellent ENGLISH and SPANISH communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google apps.

You will manage schedules, support regional operations, liaise with schools, and ensure programs run smoothly while maintaining data and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish beneficial.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Google apps.
