Tutor Me LA LLC seeks an Educational Case Manager to join our fully remote education team. You will conduct family/student intakes, coordinate instructors, track progress, and deliver exceptional virtual customer service from anywhere in Canada or beyond.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 2–3 years of virtual operations experience, and strong time management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google apps is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
