Job summary
FranklinCovey is seeking a Client Partner to drive revenue growth in education within a defined Oregon territory. You will lead full sales cycles from strategy to renewal, collaborating with a cross-functional pod to support districts and schools.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in education sales, a Bachelor's or higher, and a proven track record of large quotas. Remote work from Oregon with compensation targeting $105k–$136k base plus commissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree.
- 5+ years of education sales, education services, or school/district leadership experience.
- Experience selling to K–12 districts.
- Proven track record of multi-million-dollar quotas.
- Strong territory management and consultative selling.
Responsibilities
- Own and achieve a personal revenue quota.
- Build and execute a territory plan identifying priority districts/schools.
- Maintain a well-qualified pipeline and address revenue risks.
- Lead the full sales process with district and school stakeholders.
- Develop strategic account plans for key districts with multi-year expansion.
- Navigate RFPs, board approvals, and budget cycles.
- Collaborate in territory pods to coordinate outreach.
- Keep Salesforce and required systems accurate and up to date.
- Travel as required to meet clients.
