Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in program management or education operations.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates.
• Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries related to education programs
• Executes training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal to refine and improve
• Run program logistics and create SOPs; facilitate upskilling sessions across internal systems
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and reduce manual work
• Track action items, schedules, and support timelines for team and stakeholders
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders
