You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of trainings and certifications. The position requires 1-3 years of experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication.

• Preferred experience with Salesforce, Skilljar

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates
• Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries in a timely fashion related to various education programs
• Executes training and certification contracts, working with Finance and Legal to refine and improve
• Run program logistics and create related SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions related to scheduling trainings, workshops, webinars across internal systems and process improvement
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and eliminate manual processes
• Track action items, schedules, and support timelines for team and stakeholders
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders
