Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of experience in school counseling or related public service role.
• Bilingual in Spanish may be required depending on area.
• Excellent public speaking skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of higher education processes and financial aid.
• Experience in student loan sales or school channel sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote PHEAA products and services to educational institutions and students.
• Travel to campuses, conferences and events to develop relationships with financial aid staff.
• Deliver compelling presentations and educational sessions for various stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial aid offices and partner organizations.
• Support development of marketing materials and outreach strategies.
• Document activities and measure program effectiveness.
